Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On June 12, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and on July 9, 2015, the Seoul Western District Court sentenced two years of suspension of execution to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny. On July 22, 2016, the Seoul Western District Court sentenced one year and nine months of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny at the Seoul Western District Court, which became final and conclusive on July 30, 2016, and completed the execution of the said sentence on July 6, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

As above, the Defendant was sentenced to two or more penalties for habitual larceny, and again committed the following crimes within three years after the execution of the sentence was completed.

1. At around 17:00 on February 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with the Defendant’s sales store on the first floor of the C store located in Sejong-si B; and (b) with the Plaintiff’s external sales store owned by the Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. and the total market value of KRW 299,80,000, which is located in the other display stand.

2. On March 4, 2019, at around 16:29, the Defendant: (a) accessed the front floor of the building in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and used the gaps in which the surrounding surveillance was neglected by approaching the diala, parked there; and (b) stolen the amount equivalent to KRW 2,290,000 on the market price of the diversary computer owned by the victim’s name and unclaimed boxes.

3. On March 6, 2019, around 15:32, 2019, the Defendant: (a) stolen, in the 7th floor of the F building in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, two (1.9 million won in total) Nowon-gu computers owned by the victims of false name (1.9 million won in total) located in the middle floor of the F building in Seoul Special Metropolitan City; and (b) the two (3) the employees of door-to-door companies posted to deliver

4.
