A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On March 22, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) in the Gwangju District Court’s Branch on March 22, 2007, and one year of imprisonment for larceny, etc. at the Gwangju District Court on January 9, 2014, and on November 3, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for night building intrusion larceny, etc. at the Gwangju District Court, and completed the execution of the said sentence on July 25, 2017.

1. On January 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at the O convenience store in the operation of the Victim D located in Gwangju-dong-gu, Gwangju-gu, using a gap where the victim’s surveillance was neglected; (b) taken advantage of the difference in the victim’s surveillance, the Defendant stolen the property equivalent to KRW 1,300 (1,300) the market price per drinking boomed in the display stand; (c) equivalent to KRW 4,900 (4,900) the market price of coffee 1 box; and (d) the total market price of KRW 4,00 (10,200) the market price owned by the victim.

2. On February 19, 2018, the Defendant used a gap where employees' surveillance was neglected in the OO store located in Gwangju-dong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant included the amount equivalent to KRW 29,000, 75,000, 800, 75,000, 75,000, 59,000, 10, 17,000, 1,000, 1,000, 39,90, 1,000, 35,00,00, 1,000, 1,000, 1,00, 1,00, 1,00, 1,000, 1, and 15,90, 15, and 900, 1,000, in the bill of indictment ex officio without modification of any indictment.

In addition, the victim's market price was 272,80 won or more and stolen the property.

3. On February 19, 2018, at around 19:29, the Defendant: (a) stolen the property owned by the victim’s total market value equivalent to KRW 17,000, such as the amount equivalent to KRW 3,000 in total and the amount equivalent to KRW 14,00,000 in coffee mixing 1 sealed at the I store located in Gwangju-dong-gu, Gwangju; and (b) stolen it with the property owned by the victim, including the amount equivalent to KRW 17,00,00 in total.
