A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On December 2016, 2016, the Defendant: “F” operated by the Victim E on the first floor of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si (D) on December 12, 2016, using the gap in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected while working as the part of the victim’s user; the Defendant stolen the victim’s property worth KRW 19,000,000, total market value of KRW 149,500, and KRW 5,000, total market value of KRW 79,90,000, and KRW 267,40,000.
2. On December 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed a crime on December 2, 2016, at the same place as around 20:00; (b) in the same manner as 1; (c) at the victim’s market price in the same manner as 149,50 won; and (d) at the same manner as 149,500 won, five nitrozs equivalent to the total market price of KRW 145,00, and 294,500, total market price were stolen.
3. The Defendant committed the crime of December 12, 2016, at the same place as around 20:00 on December 12, 2016 at around 1, 201, and in the same manner as the victim’s market price, the Defendant stolen property worth KRW 78,000 on the aggregate of the market price, with two of the two machines, the total market price of which is equivalent to KRW 58,00, and the total market price of KRW 20,000.

1. From June 22, 2016 to June 28, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime against Victim G: at the venue of “H” event operated by the Victim G located in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si from Jun. 22, 2016 to Jun. 28, 2016; at the event site of “H” event operated by the Victim G with the victim’s “D” on the first floor; and at the same time, the victim’s surveillance has been neglected, using the gap in which the victim’s surveillance has been neglected, one male occupant with the market price of at least 69,000 won at the market price of at least 4,9,000 won per the market price of at least 39,000 won per man’s Tts, and two male air conditioners with the market price of at least 39,000 won per market price, at the market price of at least 39,000 won per woman’s 1,000 won per market price.
