A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 28, 2013, at around 03:15, the Defendant sent alcohol to the Seoul Gangseo-gu Seoul Northern Police Station C District District District District under the Gangnam-gu Seoul Northern Police Station C, and sent a bath by making a visit to “I am able to do so. I am to do so. I am to do so.. I am to do so.” In response to the police officer’s refusal, the Defendant reported six times and 112 times on the ground that the police officer refused civil petition.

At around 04:15 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) was able to shot back from the Inspector D belonging to the Seoul Gangseo-gu Police Station; and (b) was able to go home from D; (c) “I am to go home” and “I am to interfere with the performance of official duties, I am to go home, I am to am to am home, I am to am to am, I am to am to am.”

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the maintenance of order in the earth.
