1. On July 20, 2014, around 12:40 on July 20, 2014, the Defendant interfered with the business, saying, “E” in the “E” Chinese restaurant operated by the victim D in Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, refers to “F (43 years of age) who is female employees by drinking a large amount of alcohol in the “E”, thereby threatening the said F as if the said FF would go to the Defendant, and said F would go to go to the Defendant, and thereby f will go to go to the Defendant, and with a large volume of voice, “this flap .b. the president and the head of the f.b., and the head of the f., and the head of the f.m.., the Republic of Korea.” The f.o., the f.b., the death of the f., is not a f.,” and interfered with the operation of the restaurant by force of the victim for about 30 minutes of the f.

2. The Defendant: (a) arrested the Defendant as a flagrant offender of the Seoul Gangseo-gu Police Station G District District G District, which was called upon a 112 report at the above date and time and place; and (b) the security guards arrested the Defendant as a flagrant offender of the obstruction of business; and (c) sent the Defendant on the patrol vehicle, the Defendant interfered with the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the investigation of a criminal investigation by the police officer in consideration of the following: (a) whether she is aware that the she would be inside the her seat, she is aware of who is the police officer, and she would bring a lawsuit on his/her human rights; and (b) the Defendant interfered with the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties.

around 16:50 on May 29, 2014, the Defendant assaulted the victim L(Y, 62 years of age) who had a conversation while drinking away with K and drinking water before the “J convenience store” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with the head of the said victim’s head, cut back the victim’s face, fright, frighting him/herself, and talked about the breast.
