A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

No. 1 or 2 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 7, 2012, at around 22:15, the Defendant: (a) found the aforementioned D police box at the Pyeongtaek-gun Police Station D police box located in Gangseo-gun, Gangseo-gun; and (b) continued to walk the said D police box to the assistant E belonging to the said D police box to check the local residents who participated in the said SOS service.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on crime prevention and maintenance of public order.

2. 3. On June 8, 2012, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (injury by collective police officers, deadly weapons, etc.), the total length of knife, which is a dangerous object that reported and prepared again to leave the victim E (the age of 41) and the victim F (the age of 24) who is a police officer, at the parking lot for the said D police box, as indicated in paragraph (1), and prepared again at the same time.
