1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 28,570,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from September 24, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

On July 4, 2014, the Plaintiff settled a total of KRW 28,570,000 with respect to financial transactions with the Defendant (Additional Tax 10,475,000, KRW 10,200,000, KRW 7,900,000, and KRW 7,000 in cash) with respect to the said financial transactions with the Defendant, and the Defendant agreed to immediately repay the said amount to the Plaintiff.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above 28,570,000 won and damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from September 24, 2014 to the day of complete payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the application for the instant payment order filed by the plaintiff.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
