1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 32,724,415 and a rate of KRW 20% per annum from June 26, 2014 to the date of complete payment.

According to the purport of Gap's evidence No. 1 and all pleadings as to the cause of the claim, the defendant, on December 6, 2013, can recognize that the defendant issued an electronic bill with face value of 32,724,415 won and the maturity date of the bill on January 22, 2014 to the plaintiff on December 6, 2013. As such, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from June 26, 2014 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the duplicate of the application for the payment order.

2. It is so decided as per Disposition because the plaintiff's claim is reasonable.
