1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 127,00,000 as well as 20% per annum from March 21, 2015 to the date of full payment.

1. On January 23, 2008, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement between the Defendant and the Defendant to lease the temporary materials for construction, such as water pumps, to the Defendant from January 24, 2008 to April 24, 2008, and the rent of KRW 127,500,000, and leased the temporary materials at the Defendant’s construction site.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff a rent of KRW 127,00,000 and/or delay damages at the rate of 20% per annum from March 21, 2015 to the date of full payment following the delivery of the application for the instant payment order.

2. Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
