Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, with respect to the Defendants, it shall be for 2 years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are friendships.

On March 31, 2013, at around 15:30, the Defendants: (a) examined clothes at E stores located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D stores as if they were to purchase clothes; (b) stolen one copy of display (which is equivalent to KRW 89,00,000 at the market price) and one follow-up (which is equivalent to KRW 11,800 at the market price) by taking advantage of the gaps in which surveillance by the victim F was neglected.
