Reasons
Criminal facts
1. Larceny and intrusion upon a structure;
A. From December 15, 2013 to 13:00 on December 15, 2013, the Defendant intruded into a material storage facility operated by the victim D-based limited liability company E by Kim Jong-si, and then carried 2,430 g of iron amounting to KRW 2,287,00 in the victim’s market price stored therein, and loaded 2,430 g of iron amounting to KRW 2,287,00.
As a result, the Defendant intruded on a structure managed by the victim and stolen the property owned by the victim, etc., from around that time to February 23, 2014, the Defendant stolen property worth KRW 28,917,000, total market price of KRW 28,917,00, and invaded on the structure.
B. On December 29, 2013, the Defendant: (a) on December 29, 2013, the Defendant: (b) sold steel bars collected by the Defendant in the said E material storage facility; (c) entered the said material storage facility with I, a child of the said H, from around 14:00 to around 17:00 on the same day.
At this point, the defendant and I had been carrying 7,030 kgs around the 6,600,000 won of the victim's market price in his custody by dividing it into the cargo of the above defendant and the G-affiliated cargo operated by I.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on the structure managed by the victim, and stolen the victim's property.
C. On January 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) sold steel bars and aluminium collected by the Defendant at the above E material storage facility; (b) entered the said material storage facility with the said I from 08:00 to 08:30 on the same day.
At this point, the defendant and I carried 2,490 km near the 2,400,000 market value of the victim's possession in the same place by dividing it into the cargo of the above defendant and the cargo of the victim's 583,000 g in Alumin 200, the victim's market value of 583,000 g into the house of G operated by I.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on the structure managed by the victim, and stolen the victim's property.
