A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 11, 2018, around 21:00, the Defendant intruded into front of a container building in the construction site, at F new construction site managed by employees E of the victim corporation E, Inc., Ltd., and through a place where there is no outside pents in the construction site. On March 11, 2018, the Defendant carried out 10 rolls of 16S Qu cable (300 meters in length) at the market price of the victim’s possession, and carried the cargo onto the cargo vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by intrusion on the structure managed by the damaged person at night.

2. On March 29, 2018, at around 21:00, the Defendant entered the J new construction site managed by the staff I of the victim H corporation located in G, and entered the gap between the outside pents and the floor of the construction site, and opened a entrance that was not corrected in front of the 2803 container building located in the construction site and intruded into the inside of the building. On the other hand, the Defendant carried a HFIX 1.5S Qu cable 60 ls (300 meters in length) at the market price of the victim located therein, and loaded the Defendant’s cargo onto the cargo vehicle described in paragraph (1) of the above Article.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by intrusion on the structure managed by the damaged person at night.

3. On March 30, 2018, around 20:35, the Defendant intruded into the front of a container building in the construction site, through a new construction site managed by the employees M of the victim L, Inc., Ltd., Ltd., and through an outside entrance at the construction site, the Defendant carried out the construction site. On the other hand, the Defendant carried out approximately 2 million CV 120 x 4C electric wires, approximately 20 x 20 x 20 m, waste electric wires IV IV 5 x 5 m, waste electric wires HFIX2.5S Q Q Q Q Q5 m, and loaded the Defendant’s cargo onto the cargo vehicle described in the foregoing paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by intrusion on the structure managed by the damaged person at night.
