A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On April 16, 2015, at around 18:00, the Defendant: (a) stolen the Victim D Management D at the site of the new construction of a new building in the instant building E, which was kept in custody, from the victim’s market value of KRW 58,000, KRW 840 g, which was the victim’s possession, from the F trucking vehicle.

B. On April 18, 2015, around 18:00, the Defendant: (a) took a theft by carrying 1,040 g of iron bars equivalent to KRW 728,00, the market price owned by the victim at the site of the Newly constructed construction site; and (b) loading it to the said cargo.

On April 20, 2015, around 18:00, the Defendant: (a) loaded 714,000 g (1,020 g) the victim’s market value at the site of the Newly constructed construction site; (b) loaded 1,020 g (hereinafter “the victim”).

2. In order to prevent such theft, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the victim was aware of the said theft; and (b) installed safety fences around the construction site of the said new construction site to control the outside person’s access; (c) driven the said cargo onto the said new construction site through an open space adjacent to the said new construction site; and (d) committed an intrusion on the said new construction site; and (c) committed an attempt to keep the said

A. On April 25, 2015, at around 18:00 on April 25, 2015, the Defendant intruded into the said new construction site through a safety fence side space, and subsequently stolen 640 gg of iron bars equivalent to KRW 448,00, the market value of the victim, who was under custody, carried the said site into the said cargo vehicle.

B. On April 26, 2015, at around 18:00, the Defendant intruded into the said new construction site via a safety fenced space, and subsequently stolen the sum of steel bars and pipes 990kmgs on the market value, the victim’s possession, which was kept in custody, carried onto the said cargo vehicle.

On April 28, 2015, at around 18:00, the Defendant intruded into the said new construction site through a safety pents side space, and stolen the said cargo onto the said new construction site, the victim’s market value of KRW 525,000, which was kept in custody.

On April 30, 2015, the Defendant came to the construction site of the above new construction site around April 14:32, 2015, and is facing the safety fences.
