Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

The defendant shall complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 2015, the defendant became aware of the victim C (the age of 34) through a mobile game from his mobile phone in the early police on the violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (the age of 34);
