A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, when the victim met with the victim D (V, 40 years of age) and from February 2014, when the victim met another male or demanded the settlement of his/her relationship, he/she taken pictures of sexual intercourse with the aim of threatening the victim.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and other crimes);

A. From December 17, 2014 to 18:00 on December 17, 2017, the Defendant taken pictures of the head of a F hotel in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, using a mermera in the shape of a car-containe, to have sexual intercourse with the victim against his/her will.

B. On November 29, 2014, around 07:00 to 11:00, the Defendant, at the above F Hotel’s guest room, installed the above Mameras in the line of the passenger room, and taken a face of a sexual intercourse with the victim against his/her will.

On January 10, 2015, at H hotel hotel G located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City around 16:00, the Defendant taken a face of the head of the H hotel having sexual intercourse with the victim using the above mermeras against his will.

2. Intimidation;

A. On September 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) had the victim and the spouse of the victim during the period of time, due to the issue of setting a travel schedule at a non-permanent area; and (b) had the victim’s spouse “Jedon working in I”

The defendant sent K message to the victim, and the victim expressed the victim's "I wish to know about her husband, etc." and threatened the victim by taking the attitude that the defendant and the victim's spouse had known about her father's inhuman relationship.

B. At around 14:00 on October 22, 2015, the Defendant and the victim did not contact, and the victim sent several letters “after the last solitary, so called Mada, I sent back to the victim’s spouse several times,” and then sent the victim’s “I am well-managed, so I am well-known, I see how much you want to do with the pictures, and how much you want to do so.”

The defendant and the victim are not the same, such as sending K message.
