[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A A was elected as a candidate for the head of a cooperative throughout the country, which was implemented on March 11, 2015, while maintaining the post of election for the head of the Agricultural Cooperative on January 19, 2010, and was elected as the candidate for the head of the cooperative throughout the country. Defendant B was a member of the above Agricultural Cooperative and was engaged in an election campaign for Defendant A.

F The agricultural cooperatives have one head office and agricultural cooperatives, and each branch office H, I, and J is established in G, and 2,115 members are registered.

1. Any person for the purpose of jointly committing an election campaign by the Defendants shall not offer, express an intention to offer, or promise to offer, money and goods, entertainment, other property benefits, or public or private positions for facilities. The election campaign shall not be carried out except for the election campaign period. A person who is not a candidate shall not carry out an election campaign.

A. On November 30, 2014, the Defendants offered two 13,000 won worth at the market price to Defendant A, as shown in the attached Table 15,000 won, for the following reasons: (a) Defendant A, who carried out an election campaign on his own for himself, provided drinking water to Defendant B while conducting an election campaign; and (b) Defendant B purchased double oil, etc. to be provided to its members with the said money; and (c) Defendant B, upon visiting the N’s house at around December 1, 2014, offered two stuffs equivalent to KRW 13,000 at the market price to request support for Defendant A; and (d) from around that time to December 5, 2014, the Defendants provided 15 members of the Agricultural Cooperative members of the Agricultural Cooperative over 15 times, such as the one-day list of crimes, to the total sum of KRW 15,195,00.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to offer goods to the voters and carry out an election campaign at the time other than the election campaign period.
