B is the president of the H branch of the G Trade Union, and Defendant A, C, D, and E are the members of the H branch of the G Trade Union.

Any person who desires to hold an outdoor assembly or demonstration shall submit to the chief of the competent police station a report in which the purpose, date, place, address, and location of the organizer or the person responsible for liaison, the address and job liaison address of the organizer, the organization scheduled to participate, the number of persons to participate, and method of demonstration, are written from 720 to 48

The Defendants resolved to hold a non-reported outdoor assembly or demonstration on the ground that H stock company dismissed its employees, and that I, the representative director of the said company, did not comply with collective bargaining with the trade union, and that I would like to make one person’s own demonstration in front of the K Securities in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.

From July 16, 2012 to July 27, 2012, the Defendants did not report to the chief of the competent police station, and held an outdoor assembly or demonstration on a total of eight occasions in front of the K Securities located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, as shown in the attached list of crimes, and one of the Defendants saw the clicket as follows: (a) one of the Defendants h "enterprise that caused the dismissal of non-criminal employees", (b) "H enterprise that caused the suspension of duty six months when refusing to assign a large quantity of departments," and (c) "H president I who promoted as soon as Korean workers are forced" on the floor; and (d) the rest of the Defendants clicked, seated, or accumulated, by suffering a blick that contains the same contents as the above click in their surroundings.

In addition, the Defendants posted up 10 diskettes or banners as above on the number of their surrounding street streets, and made a speech to see so-called “work-free or H Co., Ltd.” or to criticize H Co., Ltd. on July 26, 2012 by using loudspeakers during the hours of attendance or occupation, and on July 26, 2012, the Defendants passed a campaign newsletter stating that “Korean President of the IO from the Republic of Korea is flick as in front of Japanese colonial era, and the workers are treated as expendable goods.”
