Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

On October 31, 2013, the Defendants asserted that the Defendants committed suicide by E, who is an employee of the metal labor union D branch, and that the cause of suicide occurred to G, who is a D Co., Ltd. and its partner company, and that the F Co., Ltd., which is the F Co., Ltd., was in place.

A person who intends to hold an outdoor assembly or demonstration shall submit to the chief of the competent police station a report stating all the matters concerning the purpose, date, place, organizer, organization to participate in the assembly, number of persons, and method of the demonstration, from 720 hours to 48 hours before commencing the outdoor assembly or demonstration.

1. From November 1, 2013 to 19:45 of the same day, Defendant A, without reporting an outdoor assembly or demonstration from around 18:40 on November 1, 2013 to around 19:45 of the same day, had the participants of the assembly display the banner and flag of “Slelelelight Culture System,” and, without reporting the outdoor assembly or demonstration in front of the Republic of Korea located in Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoan-gu, the Republic of Korea headquarters, metal labor union Ha-nam Branch, and approximately 120 members of the metal union, according to the pre-determined program, and had the above participants of the assembly display the banner and flag of “Slelelight Culture System,” and had the above participants of the assembly hold the above assembly or demonstration in harmony with the first place of the assembly or demonstration in accordance with the prescribed program.

2. Defendant A, Defendant B, without reporting an outdoor assembly or demonstration from around 19:00 on November 2, 2013 to 22:20 on the same day, Defendant A, at the same place as the foregoing paragraph (a), and at the same time, with approximately 140 members who belong to the metal labor union and the metal labor union D branch, see the society within the assembly in accordance with the pre-determined program, and let the above participants participate in the assembly in accordance with the program.
