The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The summary of the facts charged is the Director General of the Policy Bureau of C Association established for the purpose of improving the rights and interests of workers B (hereinafter “C Association”).

On June 16, 2016, no one shall hold any outdoor assembly or stage any demonstration in a place within 100 meters from the boundary of the D office building.

Nevertheless, around 11:05 on June 16, 2016, at India located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant, along with ten members of the CF, proposed relief by possessing a banner, “G, H, I, H”, “J”, “J and H” with the content of “F”.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the above participants, participated in the assembly held within 100 meters from the D boundary of the place where the assembly is prohibited.

(b) On June 17, 2016, no person shall hold any outdoor assembly or stage any demonstration at a place within 100 meters from the boundary of the D office building.

Nevertheless, at around 11:20 on June 21, 2016, the Defendant, along with 20 members of the CF, proposed relief by possessing a banner, “G, H,” “K,” and “H,” and continued to possess the above banner and scirls.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the above participants, participated in the assembly held within 100 meters from the D boundary of the place where the assembly is prohibited.

(c) On July 3, 2016, no one shall hold any outdoor assembly or stage any demonstration in a place within a 100-meter radius from the boundary of a D office building.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from around 17:10 on July 3, 2016 to 17:56 on the same day, has gathered 80 members, etc. of the cooperative in the foregoing D’s prior India with 80 members, etc. of the cooperative, and has raised relief by possessing a banner, “H and L,” and “H and L.”
