Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, as a three-dimensional test in China, was introduced to Chinese women D and E, and the term “compact marriage”, a false report of marriage with F, G, and F, G, which was known through the branch, intended to arrange such women to enter the Republic of Korea.

2. Around August 2008, the Defendant and G’s co-principaled the Defendant offered that G would pay KRW 4.5 million in return for disguised marriage in addition to all expenses coming and going to China if a disguised marriage is made in China. The Defendant consented to G’s disguised marriage.
G around 16:14 on October 9, 2008, at the Seongbuk-gu public service center of Seongbuk-gu Office in the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and even though it does not have a marital relationship with E introduced by C, it is impossible to make a false marriage report as if it was married with E.
