Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around June 21, 2018, the Defendant cut off electric wires with a cut machine (a string material) in possession of a part of Article 2 of Article 4 of the Electric Power Corporation’s 45m electric wires owned by the Korea Electric Power Corporation, which was installed on the ground at night-si B at night-si, 2018, and cut off two electric wires with a length of 45m electric wires owned by the Korea Electric Power Corporation (hereinafter “Korea Electric Power Corporation”). Around June 21, 2018, the Defendant stolen them by inserting them into mast.
2. From June 2018 to June 2018, the Defendant cut off by using a cutting machine (쇠 materials) in possession of part of the remainder remaining after the theft as described in the above paragraph (a), among Article 4 of the electric wires of the victim Korea Electric Power Corporation located on the ground at night-si B of the night-si, 2018, and two utility poles installed on the ground at night-si, 45m electric wires owned by the Korea Electric Power Corporation, which were installed on the ground, and cut off the cut electric wires equivalent to approximately KRW 60 km.
3. Around July 11, 2018, the Defendant cut off the electric wires with a cut machine (hack material) in possession of approximately 100 meters of the length of the victim DNA management, which was installed on the ground at night C at night on July 11, 2018, and then cut off them using a cut machine (hack material) in possession of about 100 meters of the victim DNA management installed on the ground.
4. Around July 18, 2018, the Defendant cut off by using a cut machine (hack material) in possession of a part of approximately 210 meters of electric wires 210 meters of the victim G management temporarily installed between two telegraph poles on the ground at night-gun E on July 18, 2018, and cut off the cut electric wires equivalent to approximately 125 km from the mast.
5. Around October 11, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime using the pentstones in advance, which owned a part of approximately 63 meters electric wires owned by the Korea Electric Power Corporation, which was installed between two telegraphs installed on the ground at the night-si P of the night-si, Y, and two telegraphs installed on the ground, from October 11, 2018.
