A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

[2015 order 12] The Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury, etc. at the Daejeon District Court on September 6, 2010, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison on January 29, 2011.

[Criminal Facts]

1. A thief, around January 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) laid on a bridge on the instant bridge of Gyeongcheon-gun C, Chungcheongnam-gun; (b) laid off the bridge; and (c) cut off the cable total of approximately KRW 1,300,000, the market price of the Korea Electric Power Corporation established therein, using a cutting machine, and cut off the cable total of KRW 60

2. On January 19, 2013, the Defendant attempted to bring about about approximately 400,00 won electric wires owned by the Korea Electric Power Corporation established at the same time using a cutting machine, after going on a bridge on the wall of the Korea Electric Power Corporation D, Jinnam-gun, Ginnam-gun, and using a cutting machine.

However, the defendant's crime was not committed but attempted at the wind that employees of the Korea Electric Power Corporation had been present at the site due to a storm theft alarm.

[2015Kadan52] On January 7, 2015, the Defendant, at around 14:35, at the residence of the victim F (77 years of age) in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, the Defendant expressed the victim’s desire on the ground that the Defendant shouldered the glass of the entrance of the said residence, and assaulted the victim at one time at the seat of the victim with his/her face.
