1. The plaintiffs' appeal and the preliminary claims added by this court are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On November 3, 2014, the Plaintiffs engaged in real estate development and supply business after registering the business of the D Company under the name of Plaintiff B.

The defendant was established on August 5, 2015 for the purpose of real estate consulting, real estate development, sale in lots, and agency services.

B. From August 31, 2015, E Co., Ltd. (E (hereinafter “E”) entered into a service contract ( consulting) with respect to approximately KRW 115,703 square meters (hereinafter “the initial site in this case”) with respect to the public interest service (hereinafter “instant contract”) around 2015, as follows.

At the end of the contract of this case, E’s seal imprint is affixed, and G and the Plaintiff respectively affixed their signatures and seals, and thereafter, J written the name of the Defendant and affixed the Defendant’s seal imprint to the above contract.

Article 2 Subject Matter of Services and Details of Services (subject Matters)

1. Work for land of approximately 115,703 square meters ( approximately 35,000 square meters) in the form of one hundred and sixty thousand square meters in the form of one day in the form of Seoju-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu

2. Preparation of a letter of intent to sell at least 90% of the land in the project zone;

3. Assistance in concluding a trade contract with at least 80% of land within a project area;

4. The total average unit price shall be 1.7 million won per square meter;

◈ ‘갑’은 ‘을’에게 아래 용역을 의뢰하고 ‘을’은 이를 수락한다.

Total amount of services: 3% (excluding value-added tax) of the total amount of land: It shall be paid at the time of preparation of 80% of the contract.

- Under the agreement between 'A' and 'A' shall be paid for the entire average of 1.7 million won or more.

- The city with an average of 1.7 million won or less shall allocate each service requester and the service provider to the amount not exceeding 50%.
