1. A consulting contract concluded on October 27, 2017 between the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) regarding the sale of real estate.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On October 27, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a real estate consulting contract with the Defendant and the factory site to purchase and perform civil engineering works with the construction work permit, and then to transfer the ownership of the site (hereinafter “instant consulting contract”).
