A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No defendant shall export, import, manufacture, trade, or assist in the trade of marijuana, or smoke or take in marijuana or marijuana seed coats, who is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Purchasing marijuana;

A. On November 27, 2016, at around 23:56, the Defendant: (a) purchased marijuana from a seller’s name in the “C”, a seller’s name, to purchase for KRW 2g 220,000,000; (b) transferred an amount equivalent to the purchase price to a seller’s non-coin’s address known to the seller; and (c) purchased marijuana in a way that, at the entrance below the entrance of the building near the Gain Station located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Gangseo-gu, the Defendant purchased it with 2g, which concealed the name in its name in the same way.

B. On December 7, 2016, around 19:10, the Defendant issued 220,000 won and purchased 2g mariana, using the same method as the above paragraph (a).

On December 14, 2016, at around 01:50, the Defendant issued 330,000 won and purchased 37,000,00 won to the person who was unable to use his name in the same manner as the above paragraph (a).

(d)

On December 22, 2016, around 22:43, the Defendant issued 220,000 won and purchased 2:27 g marijuana by the same method as the above paragraph (a).

E. On December 30, 2016, around 00:32, the Defendant issued 300,000 won to the name-free winners (i.e., d', e., d', e., e., e., e., e.), and purchased 3g of marijuana in the same manner as the above paragraph (a)

F. On December 30, 2016, around 15:39, the Defendant issued 220,000 won to the non-persons (i.e., d', e., d', e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e.

G. On January 13, 201, at around 15:01, the Defendant issued 320,000 won to the person under whose name the name was unknown and purchased 3g g of marijuana in the same manner as the above paragraph (a).

H. On January 20, 2017, at around 16:39, the Defendant issued 220,000 won to the person who was unaware of the name, and purchased 27,000 g of hemp in the same manner as the above paragraph (a).
