A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated marijuana as follows:

1. Trade in marijuana;

A. On February 16, 2020, the Defendant issued KRW 200,000 in cash to the bearers (E) who were introduced from Pyeongtaek-si B and from the Doin C (hereinafter “D”), and received approximately KRW 2g of the hemp resin (hereinafter “the time of sea”).

B. On March 10, 2020, the Defendant issued KRW 300,000 in cash to the said “E” in the vicinity of Pyeongtaek-si F, and received approximately 3g of the hemp resin.

On March 22, 2020, the Defendant issued KRW 100,000 in cash to the person in unsound-si G and received approximately 1g of marijuana resin.

Accordingly, the Defendant sold and purchased marijuana over three times.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On January 11, 2019, at the Defendant’s house located in Suwon-si H and I, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant inhaled the smoke that occurred by heating the marith in the marith of marijuana from the marith to the marith of the marith, with K and K.

On March 11, 2020, the Defendant inhaled approximately 0.2g of marijuana resin with the L, M, and the E-Spool N on March 11, 202.

E. The defendant 1-C

At the time and place stated in the port, approximately 1g of the hemp resin 1g, together with the above “D”, inhaled it in the above manner.

Accordingly, the defendant smoked marijuana in collusion with J et al.

Summary of Evidence

1. Each request for appraisal by the police for the search and seizure protocol of the suspect interrogation protocol against the defendant's legal statement and each list of the search and seizure protocol, narcotics appraisal report, and internal investigation report, respectively.
