Punishment of the crime
"2016 Highest 855"
1. A theft: (a) on April 1, 2015, the Defendant entered the “E Child Care Center” office operated by the victim D in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, with one driver’s license on the part of the victim D; (b) a new card; (c) a national card 1; (d) a national card 1; and (e) a gift coupon 1; (e) a 1; (e) a 10,000 won household household unit gift certificate in the new world; and (e) a 1; and (f) a 250,000 won household unit in cash; and (c) a 300,000 won household unit in the market price.
2. On April 1, 2015, at around 15:17, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit, purchased one gold 18 KK 144,000 won in the middle-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, at the room, at which the Defendant used the stolen credit card to the victim H, who is the main owner of the relevant location, by presenting the new credit card as one of his/her own, which was stolen as set forth in the above paragraph 1, and by acquiring the said gold emulation from the damaged person, and using the stolen credit card.

1. A thief: (a) around 11, 200 on July 11, 2015, the Defendant opened a door that was parked in a rooftop parking lot located in the 1624-ro, Macheon-gun, Macheon-gun, Macheon-do, 1624, the victim I, who was in possession of the victim, and cut off the door with one female wall equivalent to KRW 270,00 at the market price of the said vehicle, including the resident registration certificate kept in the said vehicle and one copy of the national bank cke card.

On July 11, 2015, at around 14:55, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit, the Defendant purchased one 18K gold 18K mp from the room operated by the victim L in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, and suggested that he had completed the 18K mpart card (O) as stated in the above paragraph (1), which was stolen as if he was his credit card, and paid the price as if he was his own credit card, and then acquired by transfer a gold mp in the amount of KRW 472,00 from the damaged person’s market price, and used the stolen credit card.
