A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 2018 high group 1745;

A. On April 5, 2018, the Defendant: (a) 12:56 around 12:56, placed in a gold bank located in Daegu Jung-gu, Daegu-gu B, as if the Defendant would purchase the sold wastes to the victim E, who was the owner of the business; and (b) placed three parts of the sold wastes on the display site. On the other hand, the Defendant: (a) concealed one point of the sold wastes between the victim and the other location in his/her left hand; and (c) stored them in the fluor.

As a result, the Defendant stolen 1 gold 18K gold (2.3 gold volume) for women, which is equivalent to 650,000 won at the market price owned by the victim.

B. On April 6, 2018, around 12:32 around 12:32, the Defendant saw that he would purchase the asphalt at the same place as that of paragraph (1) and carried several arms and sludge on the display site, and the Defendant she carried them into a household where the victim was able to see another place in his left hand.

As a result, the Defendant stolen 1 gold 18K gold (2.5 gold volume) for women, which is equivalent to 650,000 won at the market price owned by the victim.

2. On May 20, 2018, Defendant G, operated by the victim G in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu around 12:50 on May 20, 2018, Defendant G, 2713, included one gold bling in the retail of the victim’s own market value equivalent to KRW 800,000,000, which was displayed using the gaps in which the victim and his employees’ attention was neglected, and stolen.

3. On May 13, 2018, Defendant 2784, at the “L” bank operated by the CJ located in Jung-gu, Daegu, Daegu, on May 14:30, 2018, Defendant K used a gap in the victim’s surveillance negligence to put in the display stand one gold 1.3 million won in the market price of the victim’s possession, which was kept in the display stand.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
