Punishment of the crime

On March 18, 2019, the Defendant visited the E Administrative Welfare Center located in Busan Seo-gu, in order to move the CM5 vehicle owned jointly with the mother-friendly B and the Defendant’s name.

1. For the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged private document: (a) on March 26, 2019, entered “B” in the name column of the delegating authority for the issuance of a certificate of personal seal impression kept at the above E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E Welfare Center; (b) sealed B’s seal on the following side; (c) forged B’s certificate of personal seal impression by stating “F”, “Korea” in the delegating’s resident registration number column, “B H” in the delegating’s address column, “resident registration certificate” in the delegating name column, “1” in the delegating name column, “A” in the delegating name column, “A” in the delegating name column, “I” in the proxy name column, “A” in the agent name column, and “a person who entrusts the issuance of a certificate of personal seal impression to the above agent due to reasons”, and forging B’s certificate of personal seal impression under B’s name.

2. The Defendant at the above time, at the place, submitted to the J of the E Administrative Welfare Center official who is aware of the fact that the power of attorney to issue a forged certificate of seal imprint was duly formed.
