Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. For the purpose of uttering, the Defendant: (a) on August 27, 2019, entered “D”; (b) in the name column of the delegating form for the issuance of a certificate of personal seal impression in the Daegu Suwon-gu C administrative welfare center located B, “E; (c)” in the resident registration number column; (d) “E” in the address column; (c) “resident registration certificate” in the name column; (d) “transfer of the name of the insurance; and (e) the number of copies issued; and (e) written in the name column of the agent, “A”; and (e) in the name column of the agent, “G”; and (e) “G” in the resident registration number column; and (e) “B” in the relevant column; and (e) written in the name column of the agent; and (f) written in the name column of “B” and “B”.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a letter of proxy to issue a certificate of personal seal impression issued in the name of mother I of the Defendant who died on August 9, 2019.

2. The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place, issued a certificate of seal impression issued to a public official J of C Public Welfare Center who is aware of the forgery and exercised it as if it were a document duly formed.
