A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than six months and a fine not exceeding 200,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the driver of the pilot engine device bicycle.

1. On April 2017, the Defendant: (a) removed and stolen a registration number plate attached to a bicycle, a motor device owned by the victim AJB Co., Ltd., for the purpose of attaching a bicycle to the motor device owned by the Defendant on the front side of the branch of GJB in the city of GJ Nam-gu.

2. On April 2017, the Defendant violated the provisions of the Automobile Management Act and the illegal use of air, and the Automobile Management Act attached C registration number plates that stolen, as set forth in paragraph (3), to the bicycle for the above trial engine device, which is owned by the Defendant.

In this respect, the defendant used the official sign for the purpose of exercising, and at the same time used the registration number plate unlawfully.

3. From April 2017 to July 21, 2017, the Defendant, at the time when a registration number plate attached to the registration number plate, was installed between the Plaintiff and the Defendant, from around April 2017, to July 21, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the illegally used air defense.
