A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 2012, the Defendant violated the provisions of the Automobile Management Act by unlawful use of air and the Automobile Management Act: (a) the Defendant had a ZEPHHR motor bicycle with no registration number plate attached in front of the Eup/Myeon on the roads located in Pyeongtaek-si in Gyeonggi-si;

Dciti 100 motor bicycle is removed from the registration number plate, and the above ZPHYR bicycle is attached to the bicycle.

Accordingly, the defendant used an automobile registration number plate which is air defense for the purpose of exercising the right.

2. On October 8, 2017, the Defendant, at around 16:40, operated a non-registered ZPEHYR motor bicycle on the front road of Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, with D registration number plate attached, as described in the foregoing paragraph 1.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the registration number plate, which is the air hosing that was illegally used.

3. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act is a person who has a ZPEHYR motor bicycle bicycle.

No one shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.

Nevertheless, the defendant operated the motor bicycle that is not covered by mandatory insurance as described in the above 2.
