A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of thirty million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant removed the registration number plate in order to scrap a bicycle of a motor engine B from the land village type B, affixed it to his non-registered motor bicycle, and sentenced him to operate it.

1. Any person violating the Automobile Management Act and any person who illegally uses public marks shall not unlawfully use the registration number plate of a motor vehicle, but the defendant, on June 2017, removed a registration number plate attached to his/her non-registered motor bicycle and affixed it on the back part of the aforementioned non-registered motor bicycle.

Accordingly, the defendant used a car registration number plate which is an air for the purpose of exercising the right.

2. On June 2017, the Defendant, from around the beginning of the same month to September of the same month, operated the registration number plate at Eup from around Pyeongtaek-si, and as described in paragraph 1, after attaching the registration number plate to the non-registered motor device.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the illegally used air defense.

3. Violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation and Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Non-licensed Driving) provided that the Defendant, as a person holding a unregistered motor vehicle bicycle, was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on the road that has not been covered by mandatory insurance, on June 9, 2017, operated the said non-registered motor vehicle device without obtaining a motor device license from a 10-14-way road of Pyeongtaek-si, Pyeongtaek-si, from a 11:20 Do on June 9, 2017 to a 10-14-lane, without obtaining a motor device license.
