Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the defendants are above one year from the date when this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants conspired to purchase the duty-free goods by using the credit card or debit card on board the aircraft in flight to the effect that the approval of the credit card company can be received without immediate verification if the Defendants purchase the duty-free goods on board the aircraft in flight, thereby making it difficult to balance in the aircraft going through Incheon and China, or using the suspended debit card, thereby committing the following crimes.

1. On December 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) from around 21:02 to around 25, 2017, the Defendant: (b) from around 21:02 to around 25, 2017, the Defendant: (c) from the Chinese International Airport operating to the Incheon International Airport; (d) from the victim (ju) of Asia or the Aviation Organization336, the Defendant: (a) ordered each of the crew who sells the goods exempt from customs duties inside the territory of the Incheon International Airport; and (d) presented the suspended debit card (D) as if it is possible to approve it normally; and (e) received the duty-free goods of USD 2,55 U.S. dollars from around November 10, 2017 to December 25, 2017; and (e) received the delivery of duty-free goods of USD 2,535 U.S. dollars (I) in total by the several methods as above, including the list of crimes (Ⅰ), and received tax-free goods of USD 27.

2. Defendant B, from around 21:03 on December 25, 2017 to around December 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) presented to the crew who sells the goods exempt from customs duties inside the aircraft within the Incheon International Airport (State); (b) 1 C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C/C.
