Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who intends to conduct business providing Internet computer game facilities without registration, or business providing Internet computer game facilities, shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu and conduct such business;

Nevertheless, B, without registering with the competent authority from June 15, 2015 to 18:00 of the same month from Jun. 29, 2015, with the trade name “D,” up to 12 square meters inside the office of approximately 12 square meters, and installed six computer units, and had an unspecified number of customers suffering from this place visit “E” as Internet game products, and the Defendant was in charge of money exchange affairs while working as an employee at the above place.

Accordingly, the Defendant conducted the Internet computer game facility providing business without registration in collusion with B.

2. No money changers of game outcomes shall engage in business of exchanging or arranging such exchange or repurchase of tangible or intangible results (such as score, premiums, virtual currency, etc. used in game) obtained through the use of game products by anyone;

Nevertheless, from June 15, 2015 to 18:00 of the same month from June 15, 2015, B and the Defendant run a money exchange business for customers who run a game in the same place, such as having access to “E” and having access to the game money, having obtained by a Baduk, and having converted the game money in cash into cash at the same rate of KRW 100,000 per KRW 100,000 per 10,000.

As a result, the defendant, in collusion with B, intended to exchange, exchange, arrange for exchange or repurchase tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products.
