A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who intends to conduct a juvenile game providing business without registration or a business providing Internet computer game facilities shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu after meeting the facilities prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Culture,

The Defendant, from June 15, 2013 to August 4, 2014, without being registered with the head of the Si/Gun/Gu in the “EPC” bank located in Ansan City from around June 15, 2013, provided necessary equipment such as computers with six computers and provided unspecified customers with game products.

Accordingly, the defendant conducted the Internet computer game facility providing business without registering with the head of Si/Gun/Gu.

2. No person shall engage in business of exchanging or arranging exchange or repurchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products by anyone;

The Defendant provided computers to many unspecified customers at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph (1), and input 10,000 won per cash on the Internet game site (F), thereby allowing them to use game products such as “bath, spaw, spaw, and spaw,” and then exchanged points obtained through the game in 10,000 won per cash.

Accordingly, the defendant was engaged in business of exchanging the results obtained through the use of game products.
