At around 23:25 on August 15, 2015, the Defendant pointed out the Defendant as the perpetrator by assaulting the police officers belonging to the Seoul Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Police Station D District District Unit, who reported the 112 report that he/she was assaulted on the front side of the “Cmat” located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B apartment, the Defendant attempted to question the Defendant about the developments of assault, and to threaten the Defendant, “I want to die. I want to die? I want to die? I want to die? I go back to the above E,” and “I want to go back to the front day of the “Cmat,” and “I want to see, I want to see, e.g., g., g., g., g., g., g., g., g., g., g., to g., to g., to g., to g., to g., to g., to g.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers in relation to 112 reported duties.
