Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 5, 2016, at around 20:0, the Defendant did not pay the taxi fee even when he gets a taxi operated by C in front of the drawing shooting distance in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and did not pay the taxi fee. At around 20:10 on the same day as the above C, the Defendant took an bath to the victim, “I am knife, swee, swee, dead, swee, and swee,” and, without any reason, requested other civil petitioners, such as the above C, etc. to pay the taxi fee and return home from the sweef, a police officer who was on duty in the said swee at the same time.” The Defendant expressed that “I am knife, swee, swee, swee, and swee.”
