1. Special larceny;
A. On September 17, 2014, the Defendants combined and made soup “P” rooms located in the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan CityO on September 17, 2014, using the gaps in which the victim Q Q locked, Defendant B reported the network, and Defendant A had one mobile phone at Samsung Ggalp, which is equivalent to KRW 800,000,000, the market value of the victim.
