However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant A.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] On October 8, 2015, Defendant B was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint conflict) at the Seoul Southern District Court (hereinafter “Seoul Southern District Court”) and completed the execution of the said sentence at the Seoul Southern District Court on May 18, 2016.

[2] The Defendants: (a) stolen the cellular phone of the customers locked in Bana; (b) disposed of it to use it as entertainment expenses; and (c) Defendant A her own car and moved to the place of crime to use it as entertainment expenses; and (d) Defendant B, as a matter of course, took part in the role of directly holding the cellular phone; and (c) Defendant B, as a matter of course, took part in the role of viewing the network within Bana while the said Party’s mobile phone

On February 25, 2017, the Defendants discovered the fact that the victim’s name in the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government S7 mobile phone at the time of galloning the market value of KRW 1 million, and found the victim’s name in the galloning on the floor, and Defendant B reported the network, Defendant A combined with the aforementioned mobile phone and stolen the property owned by the said victim in a joint way, and from that to February 25, 2017, Defendant A stolen ten cell phoness in total amounting to KRW 788,00,000, total amount of 10,000,000,000 from that to February 25, 2017.

Accordingly, the Defendants, together, stolen the victims' property.
