A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and by imprisonment for eight months, respectively.

However, as to Defendant B, this shall not apply.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A on November 22, 2013, in Seoul Southern District Court sentenced a person to six years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (rape, etc.) and completed the execution of the sentence on April 30, 2019.

1. Defendant A

A. A. Special larceny Defendant and C around 03:00 on December 22, 2019, around 03:00, set soup “E Syna” located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, and C reported the network, and the Defendant carried KRW 1.70,000 in cash in the victim’s mobile phone case using the gap where the victim F was locked.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with C.

B. At around 04:00 on December 29, 2019, the Defendant: (a) set soup “H Ba” located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G; (b) the victim, who is aware of the name, deducteds the key of the victim’s knife from the cresh; (c) subsequently, the victim, using the said key, opened the clothes of the victim in the snife room and carried 60,000 won in cash owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

2. Defendants

A. At around 01:00 on December 23, 2019, Defendants and C reported to the soup “E Syna”, Defendant B and C reported to the network, and Defendant A had 270,000 won in cash in the victim’s mobile phone case using crepans.

As a result, the Defendants stolen the victim's property together with C.

B. At around 01:40 on December 26, 2019, Defendants and C reported to the soup “E Syna” room, Defendant B and C reported to the network, and Defendant A had 257,000 won in cash in the victim’s mobile phone case using crepans.

As a result, the Defendants stolen the victim's property together with C.

C. On December 28, 2019, the Defendants and C reported to the soup “E Syna” book around 03:24, 2019, Defendant B and C reported to the network, Defendant B and C, and Defendant A used crebs to the victim who was diving.
