1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiffs are workers who worked for the Korean Broadcasting System as of December 31, 2013, and the Defendant is a corporation established on December 21, 1992 for the purpose of contributing to the stabilization of livelihood and the promotion of welfare of workers who work for the Korea Broadcasting System under the Labor-Welfare Fund Act and the Enforcement Decree of the same Act.

B. The Korean Broadcasting System operated the scholarship support system and transferred the scholarship support system to the defendant in 2004. The defendant established the scholarship support guidelines on March 29, 2004 with the Korean Broadcasting System 5 billion won as a scholarship, and implemented the scholarship support projects thereafter. The Welfare Fund Council composed of the number of members representing workers and employers agreed on the determination of the amount of contributions for creating the intra-company labor welfare fund, the appointment and dismissal of directors and executive secretaries, and the affairs such as management and operation of the incorporated fund, the compilation of the budget, and the settlement of accounts by a majority of not more than three directors representing workers and employers.

C. Meanwhile, on November 22, 2010, the Defendant’s criteria for granting scholarships to the welfare fund fund was completely revised by the resolution of the 131st Fund Council, and Article 5(1) of the same Act re-amended the Articles of incorporation to the effect that “If the children of the university student employed by the public corporation graduate before his/her retirement, they shall be paid twice a year in equal installments with the repayment period or year set forth in the lending Guidelines, and in the case of the person scheduled to be retired from the public corporation, it shall be paid during the quarter, and in the case of the entire student, it shall be paid during the quarter, and in the case of the entire student reduction or exemption, it shall be paid during the quarter at the time when the Defendant’s financial condition becomes difficult, the Korean Broadcasting System and the KBS labor union agreed on the postponement of the payment of the employee’s scholarship on March 21, 2012, the Defendant shall be subject to the resolution of the board of directors on March 30, 2012.”
