A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around January 16, 2020, the Defendant was driving a fenz S50-car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.084% without a car driver’s license from approximately 2.5km to the roads near the E-China branch located in D via the road near the Defendant’s residence located in Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, Seoul.A. on January 4, 2020.
2. On January 4, 2020, around 16:25, 2020, the Defendant: (a) when he d was under influence on the road in front of the E, Jungcheon Branch located in Jinju-si, Jinju-si, the Defendant was punished for driving without a license, etc.; (b) and (c) the police box belonging to the Jinju Police Station was H as if he was the mother of the Defendant, and (d) notified the Defendant of his personal information.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged and exercised one copy of the report on the circumstantial statement of the owner driver in the name of I, a private document concerning the certification of facts.
3. The Defendant, at the time and place under Paragraph 2, signed that he was required to sign on the front page of the notification of the drinking control result written out by the police as a portable information terminal (PDA) at the time and place under Paragraph 2, and submitted as if he was aware of the forgery.
Accordingly, the defendant forged another person's signature and exercised it for the purpose of exercising it.
