A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Gambling with B, C, and D, from February 14, 2015 to May 5, 201: (a) from around 21:00 to around 01:55, the Defendant used Trump 52 at “F office located in Kimhae-si E, and used Trump 52 for gambling one time, and 100,000 won in a vertical length.

2. On February 15, 2015, the Defendant engaged in gambling as described in paragraph (1) at the G G-dong Office of the G-dong Office of the G-dong Police Station G-dong Office G-dong Office of the G-dong Police Station of the Kimhae-si, and was asked questions about personal information from H during the investigation. On October 19, 2004, the Defendant, who was working in the master’s office located in Chuncheon-si as the Defendant-friendly I, while working in the master’s office located in Chuncheon-si as if he was the Defendant-friendly I, presented one resident registration certificate of I issued in the name of the Chuncheon-si market, which is a forged public document issued by using I’s personal information, along with his photograph, to H, who was aware of the forgery.

3. On February 15, 2015, at around 02:05, the Defendant: (a) stated “I” in the column for confirmation of a certificate of arrest of a flagrant offender without authority for the purpose of exercising the right at the G-dong office of the G-dong office of the Kimhae Police Station; (b) forged a certificate of arrest of a flagrant offender, which is a private document concerning the certification of the above I’s name; and (c) immediately submitted it to H, who is aware of the forgery, as if having been duly completed on the same page.

4. On February 15, 2015, at around 02:05, the Defendant signed “I” in the column for confirmation of the suspect’s body confirmation on the arrest and detention suspect’s body document without authority for the purpose of exercising his/her signature at the G flag belt office at the G flag belt office at the Kimhae Police Station, and forged the signature of the said I, and immediately submitted the signature to H, who is aware of the forgery, as if the signature was completed on the same job, and exercised it.
