A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 03:20 on February 9, 2019, the Defendant was driving a f-hurd vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license under the influence of alcohol level of 0.092% in a section of about 500 meters from the front of a restaurant of “C” located in the Daegu Water-gu B to the front of the “EM” road in the same Gu.
2. On February 9, 2019, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, at around 03:24, on the road of the said “E sales outlet,” the Defendant was discovered by a drinking-driving by G and Haman on the road of the Daegu Water Police Station, and demanded to present an identification card. On the road of the said “E sales outlet,” the Defendant informed the Defendant of the I’s resident registration number of the I who was going to the outside and used his/her resident
3. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;
A. The Defendant forged the report on the actual state of a driver, entered “I” in the column of the driver’s name in the report on the actual state of a driver, and entered I’s resident registration number in the resident registration number column, entered the name of “I” in the driver’s statement column, and submitted the forged report to H as if it had been duly formed.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged a copy of the report on the statement of the state of the state of the driver, including the portion of the private document in the name of the I concerning the certification of facts, and submitted it to H to the police officer of the Daegu Suwon Police Station.
B. On February 19, 2019, the Defendant was notified that his driver’s license will be suspended at the J Team office of the 2460 Daegu Suwon Police Station as “I” as of February 20:41, 2019, and the Defendant was given notice that his/her driver’s license will be suspended. However, he/she was lusent in the form of the statement as to the person subject to the disposition to revoke or suspend the driver’s license kept therein.
