Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 21, 2015, at around 22:15, the Defendant: (a) stated that E (47) who is a police officer of the Andong Police Station D District, called an “a half of a bitch bitch bitch bitch,” sent out, after having received a report from the proprietor, returned home to the port; and (b) assaulted E on the left hand at one time at the right face of E, with the left hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the protection of the lives, bodies, and property of the police officers.
