Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 20, 2014, at around 03:45, the Defendant: (a) expressed a bath to the effect that the slope E belonging to the D District Police Station of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, upon receiving a report from the host of the street around the C convenience store located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and requested the Defendant to return home by shouldering the Defendant; and (b) assaulted the said E, such as drinking, by taking a bath to the effect that the slope E belonging to the D District Unit of the Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, which called “I Chewing, sus, and how much he did it?”

As a result, the defendant interfered with the police officer's legitimate performance of duties concerning the protection of police officers' lives and bodies.
