Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. The Defendants in violation of the Illegal Check Control Act copied 100,000 won cashier’s checks issued normally using a knife copy machine, and put them for use at convenience stores, etc.

(1) On April 20, 2013, the Defendants conspired to purchase at KRW 85,00 of the complex office automation device at “E” stores, such as “E” computers, in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and purchased at KRW 100 copies of the A4 copy paper at the neighboring wording point, and Defendant B’s house at the Fembio 102, and Defendant A made a copy of the check at the front and rear sides of the check, and Defendant B forged a 100,000 won cashier’s checks issued normally at the above complex office automation device, and Defendant B forged a 15,000 won cashier’s checks in the way that the edge of the check copied in kh.

(2) On May 2, 2013, at the office of Defendant B, the Defendants conspired to put 100,000 won cashier’s checks (H) normally issued by Defendant A on the combined office automation machine, copy the front and back of the check, and Defendant B forged 20,000 won cashier’s checks in a way that the knife is well marked at the edge of the check.

(3) On May 10, 2013, at the office of Defendant B, the Defendants conspired to put 100,000 won cashier’s checks (I) normally issued in the complex office automation machine, copy the front and back of the check, and Defendant B forged 70,000 won cashier’s checks in the way that the knife is well marked at the edge of the check.

B. From May 11, 2011, 201, the Defendants conspired to sell 100,000 won of counterfeit securities and the 100,000 won's cashier's checks, which were forged under paragraph 1(a), to the victim who may know of the forgery in collusion with the victim K in Seoul Special Metropolitan City (J) around 15:01, 201.
