Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 20, 2011, the Defendant interfered with ordinary traffic on August 20, 201, the Defendant occupied approximately 3,500 lanes in front of the foreign exchange bank, and prevented them from communicating the said vehicles on the road by occupying approximately 3,50 vehicles in front of the foreign exchange bank, while holding meetings for democratic labor union and national conference in the Seoul square located in the Tae-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

2. On August 27, 2011, the Defendant took part in the assembly of the “Joint Meeting of the People” held by Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-ro 2 at the Cheong River square on August 18, 2011, and from around 22:30 on the same day, the Defendant occupied the road by small air with approximately 3,000 participants, and obstructed the traffic of the road by driving along the road.

3. On December 3, 2011, the Defendant, at around 18:10 on December 3, 2011, attended a meeting of the Korean Civil and Korean National Assembly on the 18:10th of December 3, 2011, in order to prevent the flow of the vehicle on the road by occupying approximately KRW 1,00 persons and Jongno-ro 2 along with the Jongno-ro 2nd of the front line while traveling from the square of Seoul Station to the luminous square.

4. On May 19, 2012, the Defendant interfered with general traffic on May 19, 2012: (a) around 18:32, 2012, the Defendant occupied approximately 3,50 vehicles prior to the two directions of the assembly participants at the meeting of approximately 3,50 vehicles among the assemblies of “The Korean National Assembly on May 19, 2019,” which was held in the parallel parallel of the Seoul Square-ro 1, Jung-gu, Seoul, Seoul, by: (b) on May 19, 2012; and (c) obstructed the passage of the above vehicles by preventing communication

5. On November 24, 2012, the Defendant interfered with general traffic by occupying three lanes at the entrance of the other participants in the assembly, with approximately 250 vehicles at Seoul, while participating in the assembly of the “the fourth-class national conference for pairing vehicles” from around 19:10 on November 24, 2012 to around 19:50 on the same day, and preventing the flow of the above vehicles on the road.
