Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is in charge of the director general of the headquarters of the Korea Trade Union D non-regular Headquarters of the Korea Trade Union.

1. On February 23, 2013, from around 16:05 to around 17:36, the Defendant: (a) participated in an assembly of “Boman-gun’s emergency strike pending issues and the 10th-class national conference to address the 10th task unit,” which was hosted by the B-Maro 1, Jung-gu, Seoul, in the vicinity of the intersection, and occupied 2,500 lanes prior to the road.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with the above 2,500 persons to prevent them from passing through the above road, thereby hindering the traffic of the road.

2. The Defendant, in violation of the Assembly and Demonstration Act, participated in the assembly by occupying the lanes prior to the road along with other participants in the assembly, as described in paragraph (1).

In the process, the director of the security division of the Seodaemun Police Station ordered by the chief of the South Seodaemun Police Station from 16:25 to 17:00 on the same day, who was ordered by the chief of the South Seodaemun Police Station, issued an order to dissolve four times on the ground of traffic disorder caused by road occupation beyond the scope of report to the defendant and other participants in

Accordingly, the defendant did not comply with the dispersion order.

1. It is so decided as per Disposition on the grounds of Articles 70 and 69(2) of the Criminal Act or more;
